St. Paul Mission Statement

The mission of St. Paul Lutheran Church & School is to PREPARE through God’s Word, to DECLARE God’s grace & glory, to SHARE Jesus with you.

Our Beliefs

St. Paul Lutheran is a member of the LCMS (Lutheran Church Missouri Synod). Because of this we subscribe to the teachings and doctrines that our Church body has laid out. For more information on the beliefs of the LCMS visit the LCMS website, lcms.org.

Our Staff

Our church staff strives to create a healthy worship environment and to raise up believers in Christ. Senior Pastor David Moore makes sure this Church is a place where the Gospel is always heard. His goal is to bring Christ to the members of this church so they are equipped to share Jesus with you.

Our History

Our church was founded in 1881 and has a rich history of contribution to the community of St. Joseph Missouri. You can read more about our history here.

Church Council

Our church is governed by the congregation itself as is laid out in our constitution. Even still the church places leaders over various boards that oversee the work of St. Paul. These board leaders make up our Church Council. Our board members are listed here.
